Please carefully read our Terms of Service before placing your order with UnlockiPhone.co.uk. If you disagree with any parts of these terms, you shouldn’t use the services.

1. Service description

  • We provide iPhone unlocking services
  • We provide iPhone IMEI lookup services from Apple GSX database
  • We do not offer “Pre-order unlock” like other companies, our services are totally official and will be delivered as timeframe
  • The price in our website is: FINAL and there is no hidden fee (Some other companies offering cheap price but they will require you to pay extra after your order is placed but we don’t)

2. Cancellation and Refund policy

We offer 100% money back for all of our services. You’re also able to cancel your order, please click to the link above for more details

3. Legality of service

Unlocking services are now legal in Europe and America, if you’re placing order from other area, you should check your local law.

4. Service delivery time and delay

We attached the timeframe for each product in our website and it is real timeframe (ONLY WORKING DAYS, PLEASE DON’T COUNT SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND OTHER HOLIDAYS IN THIS TIMEFRAME) with our honesty. At almost of cases, we will deliver the service as we offered.

In case your order is marked as high risk of fraud by our system, then we will take 1-3 days to verify your payment before continue going ahead with it.

But sometime services may go down by some objective reasons such as: Apple GSX system down for maintenance, Unlocking service globally down… Then maybe  some delays but you have to wait for our response because your order is in process and it couldn’t be reversed. We always try our best to complete your order.

5. Fraud and deception

Our system will log your IP address and investigate some other information to detect the fraud.

We will not tolerate any fraud orders and they will be charged back. Do not submit your IMEI number by fraud because we’re able to report your IMEI number as “Blacklisted” to Apple and your Carrier!

6. Blacklisted iPhone IMEI (Lost / Stolen / Barred)

Not all of our services supported Blacklisted IMEI. So if your iPhone is marked as Blacklisted / Lost / Stolen and you placed order without “Blacklisted” or “Premium” option, then we will not warrant that your iPhone will work correctly and also there is no refund for that case
