Refund will be applied for following cases:
1. We can not unlock your iPhone by any reasons (Service down, Blacklisted / Lost / Stolen refused…)
2. We completed the order but your iPhone is still Locked or not working as expected.
3. You wish to cancel the order when the order status is “Pending”
4. Your iPhone get relocked (Lifetime warranty)
Refund will not be applied for following cases:
1. You place unlocking order with wrong carrier (Please use Carrier checker if you’re not sure about your iPhone carrier)
2. You want to cancel the order but the status is “Processing” or “Success”
3. Your iPhone is already unlocked before placing order with us.
